X Y USING THE POWER MODES Your Recon MX motor comes with three main assist modes: BOOST, TRAIL and ECO, and a fourth WALK mode. You can easily toggle between the three modes using the Assist Switch that’s located on the left-hand side of your handlebars. Assistance only starts when you begin to pedal. You can switch between modes at any time depending on the amount of assistance you require. ASSIST BUTTONS X INCREASES ASSISTANCE Y DECREASES ASSISTANCE RECON MX EXPERT AND TAZER MX PRO EU DISPLAY SCREEN IMPORTANT: THE LAW AND eBIKES Your Recon eBike speed is restricted by law. The limit in the USA is 20mph (32km/h) and in Europe it is 15.5mph (25km/h). When these speeds are reached the motor power will cut out. Power to the motor will only return when the speed drops below those limits. 52
