STEP 1 REMOVE BIKE FROM BOX When you first open your bike box you will find the accessory box (including toolkit), battery charger and bike itself (battery is already installed in the bike). First, remove the front wheel and the accessory boxes and put to the side (A). Next remove, the two rear bags and front handlebar bag as well as second box and set aside. Take off the packaging around the handlebars and expose the dropper post lever on the left-hand side of the handlebar. Push dropper post lever (B). This will raise dropper post to its highest position, which will allow you to put the bike safely in a bike stand (C). 11
