This full system is constructed from lightweight titanium alloys, with complex parts cast in the Akrapovi˜c in-house foundry. This race-inspired design, with a relief-imprinted muffler, is exclusively deigned for the machine, and its specific routing and construction meets the demands of racing. Weighing less than 5 kg (11 lb.), the system provides optimum performance through the rev range with perfect throttle control. Its light weight aids handling and on-track behavior. All tailor-made fitments offer a perfect installation between the bike’s engine and the exhaust, all with a standard of finish befitting an Akrapovi˜c system. The R&D department of Honda Motor Corporation recommends the Evolution Line Kit (Titanium) exhaust for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade with the official HRC Race Kit. NOTE: Evolution line kit PART #1810-1792 features header with crossover and different layout for bigger racer radiators. Link pipe without fixing points for stock heatshield. Mufflers without db killers. Heat shields on the mufflers are made for racing and you can’t fit stock one.
