GAS TANKS • Bolt-on gas tanks for XL models are made of heavy-gauge steel with reinforced seams • Come complete with extra- strong mounting tabs • 2.9-gallon tanks are 2” wider than stock tanks • PART #DS-391220 uses a 3 / 8 ” NPT petcock, all others use 22mm; petcocks sold separately later in this section NOTE: All tanks have petcocks on the right side. GAS TANK WITH CHROME AERO-STYLE GAS CAP • Rubber-mounted bolt-on style flat-bottom tank is made from heavy-gauge steel • Reinforced seams and extra-strong mounting tabs • Tank has a 3.3-gallon “high-tunnel” design to add fuel capacity without looking tall • Features a chrome aero-style locking gas cap with keys • Accepts a 22mm petcock (right side) NOTE: May require seat nose modification and relocation of ignition switch on some models.
